4 Week Okuden Course – Okuden Reiki 2
Continuing on the enriching Japanese Reiki System with Okuden Course, spanning over 4 weeks with sessions held each Monday evening from 7:00 pm to 9:30 pm.
Okuden Reiki 2 is suitable for those who have completed Japanese Shoden Reiki 1 and wish deepen their understanding of Reiki and further their Reiki practice.
Anyone advancing to this level should wait an appropriate length of time (usually 3 months) to ensure that a solid energetic foundation has been formed from the practices taught during the Shoden course.
This course will involve working with earth and heavenly energy to enhance your own energy and awareness. Understanding and working with these energies are the foundations to becoming fully integrated with Reiki.
This is done by learning and practising Shirushi (Japanese for symbols) and Jumon (Japanese for mantras). Working with these symbols and mantras internally by visualising and chanting will help you with your own energy levels and sensitivity to Reiki energy. They will also assist you in becoming at one with the universal life force energy and provide a deeper knowing that we are all truly connected to that life force.
Gaining knowledge and awareness of that energetic connection with the universe also means that you will benefit from a much deeper understanding of distant healing treatments.
There are many other techniques that are taught over the two days that will aid you further with your Reiki practice and your own spiritual growth.
The course itself is over four weeks (evenings) and will provide you with:-
Three Japanese Jumon and Shirushi their meanings and usage
The concept of oneness and the ability to help others distantly
Three attunements
Energy meditations to delve deeper into the Reiki energy
Techniques to develop your sensitivity
Practising Reiki professionally
Building on intuition
A daily spiritual practice

On the day
Please arrive ready to start at 7pm.
Please wear clothes that you will comfortable in (even duvet day clothes and slippers if you wish). Layers are good as it is common to become very warm during the practical exercises and cool following treatments and attunements.

Reiki Style & Lineage
This 4 week course is based on the traditional Japanese form of Reiki and the teachings of Usui Reiki Ryoho Level 2, Okuden.
Certification
Certificates will be available on completion of 4 evening sessions.
