REIKI TRAINING
NAVITAS REIKI COURSES

Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki (Western Reiki) and Usui Reiki Ryoho (traditional Japanese Reiki).
Both styles of Reiki are simple to learn and practice.
We are passionate about allowing individuals to develop and grow through their own experiences, giving guidance when it is needed, and we teach Reiki in the same way. Although the energy is same universal life force energy / spiritual energy, and both can be life changing, they are practised in an entirely different way.
Simon Bailey is a very dedicate Reiki practitioner and teacher. He walks his talk and teaches from a grounded and compassionate space. I highly recommend him as a teacher!

USUI SHIKI RYOHO REIKI
This style of Reiki has become known as Western style, as it is the most common form of Reiki practised in the West. This system has had many other practices added to it, such the Sanskrit energetic system known as chakras. It also focuses on the hands on healing aspect of Reiki, enabling anyone who learns Western style Reiki to use Reiki on both themselves and others.
USUI RYOHO REIKI
This style of Reiki teaches the traditional form of Reiki as practised by Mikao Usui. This system of Reiki uses the traditional Japanese energetic system of earth energy, heavenly energy and heart energy by focusing on the Hara centre.
This system of Reiki concentrates on working with Reiki internally by using traditional energy meditations and self healing. Practising Reiki this way will also enhance hands on healing given to others.
This accredited course is for anyone wishing to practice Reiki professionally, particularly those who wish to practice in the NHS, the voluntary sector or any care giving environment. Our Reiki Professional course meets the requirements of the National Occupational Standards, which are required for registration with the CNHC (Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council).
