OUR REIKI LINEAGE
Here are the Navitas Centre we have three lineages. The first style of Reiki we studied was Usui Reiki Shiki Ryoho (Western Reiki). Learning this style gave us a thirst for deeper understanding of Reiki and this led to Usui Reiki Ryoho (Japanese Reiki) with Frans Stiene of the International House of Reiki.
Simon continues deepening is knowledge with one to one teaching with Frans Stiene and is a graduate teacher with the International House of Reiki. Simon has also trained to Shihan (teacher) level with Hyakuten Inamoto in Komyo Reiki Kai. Simon has also achieved Gokui Kaiden (Highest level) in Gendai Reiki Ho by Hiroshi Doi.
Currently we teach both Western and Traditional Japanese Reiki.

What does this mean for you?
When learning Reiki it is good to know what style of Reiki you will be taught and what understanding your new Reiki Teacher has about Reiki.
As Reiki Teachers we have two main areas of study. One is a practical or academic study, constant research by reading books, attending workshops and further learning with our current Reiki Teachers.
The second area of study is personal practice. This is for us the most important, it is impossible to understand an energetic practice without personal ongoing development. We believe we must have direct experience of the energetic systems we teach. Without personal practice we would only have an academic understanding of energy. i.e. what we have read or have been told.
What this means for you is that when we are teaching we are teaching from personal experience as well as what we have been taught by our Reiki Teachers. We are able to support you through your personal development with Reiki.
It is our personal commitment that we will continue to practice the system of Reiki internally and externally and not just teach it.
